This is a cozy two-bedroom home with a single bathroom. It has a Queen bed in the master and a full-size in the second. It has an ‘Arizona Room’ (screened-in patio), large backyard, laundry room with washer and dryer, kitchen that will is outfitted with many amenities.

The Arizona Room has seating for four and a table plus a brand-new propane powered BBQ grill.

Four TV’s are in and hooked up to expanded cable. One 28′ for each of the bedrooms, one 39′ for the living room and even one little 19′ for the kitchen. Free, fast and secure Wi-Fi is also waiting for you.

The major upside to Glenn House is its convenience to get almost anywhere in Tucson quickly as it is so very centrally located. The downside to that is, it is on a fairly busy corner with a four-way stop. With this brings traffic noise though it is not particularly noticeable within the house and it is mostly limited to morning and evening rush hour traffic, Monday thru Friday.
